This one has an oiled oak veneer top with an oiled oak edge, matt-lacquered oak legs and a black powder-coated steel trestle. The veneer top is oiled like its edge, and Bent Hansen recommends refreshing it with wood oil a few times a year. Bent Hansen offered a power socket as an add-on; this is the standard desk without it.

Materials

Oiled oak veneer top with an oiled oak edge; matt-lacquered oak legs; black powder-coated steel trestle

Dimensions

47.2 in wide x 20.1 in deep x 28.9 in high; 1 in thick top (120 x 51 x 73.5 cm)

Designer

Bent Hansen Studio, 2016 (Sibast credits Henrik Hvid Hansen)

Colors

Oak Veneer

Care

Oak veneer: dry or well-wrung cloth; oil 2–4 times a year.
