The legs are flat ovals of black textured-coated steel, set near the corners to keep knees clear along both sides. At 37.4 inches wide there is room for serving dishes down the middle. Oiled oak asks for a little upkeep: Bent Hansen recommends re-oiling the top two to four times a year, which is also what lets it age well.

Materials

Solid oak top, oiled; legs in black textured-coated steel

Dimensions

78.7 in long x 37.4 in wide x 29.7 in high; 27.4 in from floor to frame (200 x 95 x 75.5 cm)

Designer

Says Who

Colors

Oiled oak top; black legs

Care

Wipe with a cloth wrung out in hot water; oil the top 2–4 times a year.
