ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where is my order?

After your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple parts, each with its own tracking number. Custom-made items with longer 'Available to Ship' times will have tracking details sent once ready for shipping. For special delivery items, our partners will arrange a delivery time after picking up your order. Track your orders and shipments by logging into your Customer Account. For further help, email hello@comosum.co with your order number and email address.

Where can I find my order number?

Find your order number in your order confirmation email, or in your Customer Account.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Orders generally cannot be altered post-placement. However, for urgent changes or cancellation requests, email hello@comosum.co immediately.

Can I change the address on my order?

Address changes post-order placement are not guaranteed. For such requests, email hello@comosum.co.

Can I exchange my order?

The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, email hello@comosum.co and we'll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Standard shipping covers the contiguous 48 US states. International delivery (including Europe) is available on request — email hello@comosum.co for a quote.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate based on your order subtotal, shown on every product page and in your cart. Orders of $1,500 or more ship free (freight and import duties included) within the contiguous 48 states.

• $100–$250 — $18
• $250–$500 — $36
• $500–$750 — $54
• $750–$1,000 — $72
• $1,000–$1,250 — $108
• $1,250–$1,500 — $126
• $1,500 and up — FREE

White Glove Delivery (optional): $250 on orders $1,000–$1,500, and $150 on orders $1,500 and up — two-person inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, and full packaging removal. Select it at checkout.

Lead Times

In-stock items ship within 1–2 weeks. Backordered items typically ship within 4–8 weeks — we'll keep you updated on timing after you order.

Custom Furniture Options

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please inspect your order on delivery and email hello@comosum.co with order details and photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is an optional upgrade — $250 on orders $1,000–$1,500 and $150 on orders $1,500 and up: scheduled two-person inside delivery, placement in your room of choice, assembly, and full packaging removal. Select White Glove Delivery as your shipping option at checkout — or request it in your order notes or by emailing hello@comosum.co after ordering. Please ensure oversized items fit through your space's entry points.

Warranty Claims

Every product is covered by its manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years or longer, varies by brand). Comosum facilitates all warranty claims — contact hello@comosum.co.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging; the customer is responsible for return shipping. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
