ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where is my order?
After your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple parts, each with its own tracking number. Custom-made items with longer 'Available to Ship' times will have tracking details sent once ready for shipping. For special delivery items, our partners will arrange a delivery time after picking up your order. Track your orders and shipments by logging into your Customer Account. For further help, email Info@Comosum.co with your order number and email address.
Where can I find my order number?
Find your order number in the confirmation email from Info@Comosum.co, or in your Customer Account.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Orders generally cannot be altered post-placement. However, for urgent changes or cancellation requests, email Info@Comosum.co immediately.
Can I change the address on my order?
Address changes post-order placement are not guaranteed. For such requests, email Info@Comosum.co.
Can I exchange my order?
We don't offer exchanges unless an item is incorrect or damaged. For more product information or to report an issue, email Info@Comosum.co.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous US states but plan to expand soon.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on Select Items: Specific items offer free shipping, as marked on their detail pages.
- Standard Shipping Rates: Costs are based on total order price and weight. Final shipping price is provided at checkout.
- Large/Special Items: White Glove delivery items, not covered by standard or flat fee shipping, will have their costs (ranging from $250 to $500) indicated on the product page.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, email Info@Comosum.co with order details and photos (for damages) within 5 days of delivery.
White Glove Delivery
This service includes room placement, unpacking, and debris removal. Ensure the item fits through your space's entry points.
Measuring for Special Delivery
Use our Measuring Guide to ensure item fit. Remove obstructions before delivery.
Warranty Claims
