Welcome to Comosum LLC! Our goal is to ensure a seamless delivery experience for all your purchases. Here's our updated Shipping Policy, outlining key details and procedures for shipping your orders.
General Shipping Information
- Service Area: Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States.
- Address Verification: Please verify your delivery address when placing your order. We cannot assure changes to shipping addresses after an order has been confirmed.
- Multiple Items: Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Free Shipping on Select Items: Specific items eligible for free shipping are marked on their individual detail pages.
- Standard Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total price and weight of your order. The final shipping price will be provided at checkout.
- Large/Special Items: Items requiring White Glove delivery, not eligible for standard or flat fee shipping, will have their shipping costs (ranging from $250 to $500) indicated on the product page.
Delivery Services
- Standard Delivery: Our default shipping option for eligible orders.
- Special Delivery: For oversized or high-value items, additional shipping time may be required. Our freight partner, Team Worldwide, will coordinate delivery details with you.
- White Glove Delivery: Includes room-of-choice placement, unpacking, and debris removal. Note: Assembly services are not included. Please ensure that oversized items can be accommodated in your space.
Inspecting Your Order
- Damaged Deliveries: Immediately upon delivery, inspect your order for any damage. If there are issues, contact us at Info@comosum.co with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Returns and Refunds
- Return Eligibility: Check an item's return eligibility on its product page under Shipping & Returns.
- Initiating a Return: Within 7 days of delivery, contact Info@comosum.co for a return authorization and shipping label.
- Return Shipping Fee: A $9.99 fee applies to return shipping. This fee, along with any original shipping and handling fees, is non-refundable unless the item received is incorrect.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee is charged on returned items.
- Return Condition: Items must be pristine, unused, and in original packaging.
- Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we process refunds within 5 business days. The actual reflection of the refund in your account may take an additional week.
