Welcome to Comosum LLC. Our goal is a seamless delivery experience — flat, transparent shipping rates with nothing to discover at checkout.

Flat-rate shipping from $10 · FREE freight over $1,500 (duties included) · White Glove available.

General Shipping Information

• Service Area: Standard shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States. International delivery (including Europe) is available on request — email hello@comosum.co for a quote.
• Address Verification: Please verify your delivery address when placing your order. We cannot assure changes to shipping addresses after an order has been confirmed.
• Multiple Items: Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate based on your order subtotal — shown on every product page and in your cart, so there are no surprises at checkout. Orders of $1,500 or more ship free (freight and any import duties included) within the contiguous 48 states.

Lead Times: In-stock items ship within 1–2 weeks. Backordered items typically ship within 4–8 weeks — we'll keep you updated on timing after you order.

Delivery Services

• Standard Delivery: Our default option, at the flat rate above (free over $1,500).
• Special / Freight Delivery: For oversized or high-value items, our freight partner, Team Worldwide, coordinates delivery details with you.
• White Glove Delivery (optional upgrade): $250 on orders $1,000–$1,500 and $150 on orders $1,500 and up — scheduled two-person inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, and full packaging removal.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is an optional upgrade: $250 on orders $1,000–$1,500 and $150 on orders $1,500 and up. It includes scheduled two-person inside delivery, placement in your room of choice, assembly, and full packaging removal. Select White Glove Delivery as your shipping option at checkout — or request it in your order notes or by emailing hello@comosum.co after ordering. Please ensure that oversized items can be accommodated in your space.

Inspecting Your Order

• Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@comosum.co if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the item and packaging help us resolve things quickly.

Returns and Refunds

• Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days after receiving your item. Exceptions for specific products are listed on their product pages.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Starting a Return: Contact hello@comosum.co to start a return. Returns should be shipped to: 88 Meserole Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; the Comosum team will assist in coordinating your return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
• Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@comosum.co.
