Price Match

Found the same piece for less? We'll match it. If the brand's own US website or another authorized US retailer sells the identical item for less, we'll match that price, before you order or within 7 days after you place your order.

How it works

1. Email hello@comosum.co with a link to the lower price, and your order number if you've already ordered.
2. We check the listing and reply to confirm.
3. Before you order, we set up your order at the matched price. After you order, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

What qualifies

• The identical item: same brand, model, size, finish and color.
• Sold new and in stock by the brand's own US website or an authorized US retailer, and still live when we check it.
• The delivered price you'd actually pay there, including that seller's shipping. Shipping is already free on every US order at Comosum.
• Requests within 7 days of your order date.

What doesn't qualify

• Coupon or promo codes, member or loyalty pricing, bundles, and gift-with-purchase offers.
• Marketplace and third-party sellers, auctions, and used, open-box, floor-model, refurbished or clearance items.
• Prices outside the US, and obvious pricing errors.
• Items already on sale at Comosum can be matched, but discounts don't stack: you get the lower of the two prices.
