The Balsam is a twist-on travel container built around that one detail: the lid seals for a gym bag or a duffel, and the ribbed floor lets a damp bar dry between uses. Common Questions

Will a standard bar of soap fit?
The interior measures 3.6 in across and 1.5 in deep, which takes most standard bars. Anything larger will need trimming, and soap is not included with the container.

Why does the inside have grooves?
They lift the bar off the floor of the container so air can circulate underneath. That keeps a damp bar from sitting in melt water between uses, which is what turns travel soap to mush.
