Bent steel rod curving like a dune line — the Andalusian beach it is named for, drawn in outline.

iSiMAR bends galvanized steel wire into the Bolonia's rounded silhouette at its own factory in Navarra, northern Spain, then applies a texturized matte polyester powder coat rated for exterior and intensive use. The steel comes from 100% recycled sources and is recyclable again at end of life. Certified to UNE-EN 581-1 and 581-2 for indoor, outdoor, and contract use — see the range in our iSiMAR collection.

Will the Bolonia rust by the coast?
The frame is galvanized before coating and classified C5H for salt-spray resistance under ISO 12944. iSiMAR still excludes corrosion from use in maritime zones from its guarantee, so rinse salt off periodically.

Does it stack?
Yes. iSiMAR builds the Bolonia to nest and ships it four chairs to a carton, 24 to a pallet, which is why it turns up so often in cafes and hotel terraces.

How many colors are there?
Thirty-two metal finishes across the iSiMAR range, all texturized matte polyester powder coats formulated for exterior and intensive use rather than indoor-only paint.

Clean with water and neutral Ph soap (pH5-pH8). Use a damp cloth, rinse and then wipe dry.
