Accent Lounge Table

Space Copenhagen brought the Accent series down to sofa height with this 47.2-inch oval in solid oak.

The top and turned pedestal are solid FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)-certified oak, made in Slovenia, with the same handcrafted profile that runs from the 2009 Mater High Stool through the whole Accent family. The oval footprint suits a sofa run better than a circle does, and Mater's life-cycle assessment puts the table at 50 kg CO2e. It anchors a seating area the way the Accent Dining Table anchors a meal in our Mater collection.

How do I care for the solid oak top?
Wipe with a soft, lightly damp cloth and avoid standing water. Because the oak is solid rather than veneered, light marks can be sanded and refinished rather than living there forever.

It ships flat-packed in one box and assembles at home with the enclosed instructions. Hard plastic gliders are fitted as standard, and the finished table weighs 44 lbs.
