Heller works with Massimo and Lella Vignelli, Mario Bellini, Sergio Asti and Frank Gehry. Its pieces sit in the permanent collections of MoMA, the Centre Pompidou and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and they're still made to be used every day, indoors and out.

Asti Ice Bucket
Sergio Asti designed this ice bucket in 1972; the Philadelphia Museum of Art keeps it in its permanent collection.
Asti drew it as an extension of Heller's Max dinnerware line, and Heller has reissued it in recycled ABS with a polypropylene liner, both made with Worry Free Plastics® technology. The removable liner insulates the ice and lifts out so melt water pours away in one motion. It also sits in the permanent collection of the New Orleans Museum of Art.

How much ice does it hold?
100 fluid ounces — enough to chill a bottle of wine or keep an evening of cocktails going. The insulating liner slows melt and lifts out for quick emptying.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The removable interior liner is dishwasher safe. The recycled ABS bucket and lid should be washed by hand with a damp cloth and a mild, bleach-free cleaner.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes. The molded recycled plastic body handles indoor and outdoor entertaining equally well, from dinner parties to pool decks, and wipes clean with a damp cloth afterward.
