Week-End Barstool

The Week-End Barstool (sometimes written Weekend) extends Studio BrichetZiegler's graphic outdoor language to counter height. Like the rest of Petite Friture's Week-End collection launched in 2017, the stool is laser-cut and folded from a single sheet of recyclable aluminium, with the oval-framed back and horizontal-vertical slat play that make the family instantly recognisable. The matte grained anti-UV powder coat is available in four quickship colours — Black (RAL 9005), White (RAL 9016), Jade Green (RAL 6013) and Glass Green (RAL 6007) — applied with VOC-free pigments and rated for year-round contract use. Designed and manufactured in Europe under Petite Friture's B Corp certified operation (91.5/100, 2026).

At L21.7 in × W19.3 in × H40.9 in with a 31.5 in seat height and 8.8 lb total weight, the Week-End Barstool stacks six high and works equally well at a kitchen island, a pool bar or a hotel terrace counter. The footrest is welded into the slat structure rather than bolted on, so there is no hardware to loosen over time. Certified to EN 581-1 and EN 581-2 contract durability standards (the European benchmark used by hospitality buyers), with a 5-year structural warranty. Aluminium and powder coat construction resists corrosion, salt air and UV radiation — no covers or annual oiling. For high-traffic interiors, the Week-End sits firmly above café-supply mass production and below to-the-trade-only competitors like Tribù or Sutherland.
