Ethnicraft
Solid-wood furniture from Antwerp, made to age well
Benoit Loos and Philippe Delaisse founded Ethnicraft in Antwerp more than 30 years ago. It makes solid oak and teak furniture in its own factories, and its Re-Loved programme refurbishes pieces for a second life.
- Solid wood, oiled or water-based varnished
- Serbian factory runs on wood-residue energy
- Re-Loved: refurbished for a second life
Bricks Wall Art
Production offcuts and recycled solid woods, hand-layered into wall pieces no two of which match.
Bricks wall art is Ethnicraft's case for waste as raw material: each panel is individually handcrafted in Indonesia from recycled woods and offcuts left over from furniture production, built up in layers for dimension and depth. Hanging hardware is included, in dark brown or black and two formats.

Common Questions
Is each Bricks Wall Art piece unique?
Yes — every panel is individually handcrafted from recycled woods and production offcuts, so the layering, grain, and tone vary from piece to piece by design.
How does it mount to the wall?
Hanging hardware is included. The panels are about 1.5 inches deep and weigh 24 to 48 pounds depending on size, so anchor into studs or use appropriate wall anchors.
