Como Chair (Set of 4)

Twenty inches wide and eight pounds — the armless Como, drawn for tables where elbow room matters more than arms.

Joan Gaspar's Como reduced to its narrowest useful form: the same softly contoured seat and 32.5 in back, moulded in polypropylene with fiberglass using gas-assisted injection. The material carries its own UV protection, so there is no coating to fade or flake, and the polypropylene is recyclable at end of life. Made in Spain by Resol. Sold as a set of four in one color — Resol packs them four to a box.

Common Questions

How many fit around a table?
At 20.0 in wide, six fit around a 6 ft table and four around a 35 in round one — the narrow profile is the reason to choose this over the armchair version.

Does it hold up outdoors?
Yes. UV protection is built into the polypropylene rather than sprayed on, and the fiberglass reinforcement keeps the shell rigid through temperature swings and daily use.

Is the plastic recyclable?
Polypropylene is, and Resol applies ecodesign criteria across the product's life cycle under an ISO 14006-certified management system. The company has committed to a minimum 30 percent recycled content across its injection-moulded range by 2027.
