Børge Mogensen called it “building furniture” — storage meant to be assembled, expanded, and rearranged as the household changes.

The A150 is the working part of that system: a solid oak shelf, nature lacquered, sized for the A152, A153, and A154 shelving units from FDB Møbler, the Danish cooperative whose design studio Mogensen founded in 1942. The oak is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, and each shelf is tested to hold 44 lbs.
