A85 Butler Sideboard

Over five feet of sideboard on legs slender enough to keep a dining room feeling open — the Butler series at full width.

Designed by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen, whose work has entered MoMA’s collections, the A85 is the wide sideboard of the Butler series from FDB Møbler. It is built from particle board with oak veneer and a nature lacquered front, and because veneer is a natural material, each piece carries its own grain.

Is the A85 too large for a small dining room?
It is 61.7 inches wide and 15 inches deep — measure your wall first. For tighter spaces, the A83 offers the same design at 41.3 inches wide.
