C62 Bjørk Dining table - Oak, Nature, Oiled

Minor knots and open grain stay in view on the nature-oiled oak; Unit10 treats them as features of the Bjørk.

The round Bjørk dining table was designed by Unit10 — Francis Cayouette and Anne Marie Raaschou-Nielsen — to balance tradition and innovation, a recurring theme in the history of FDB Møbler. Solid FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)-certified oak, finished with natural oil, gives every table its own pattern of grain and knots. At 45.3 inches across it works in large dining rooms and small urban kitchens alike.

Common Questions

Are knots in the wood a defect?
No — minor knots and the intrinsic grain of the oak are integral features of this natural material, and part of the Bjørk's intended character. No two tables look identical.

Does this version take extension leaves?
No — the C62 is fixed at 45.3 inches across. For the extending version of the same round design, choose the C62E, which accepts two leaves.

FDB Møbler furniture is crafted from FSC-certified wood, powder-coated steel, and OEKO-TEX textiles. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. Dust with a soft cloth; clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For lacquered surfaces, avoid harsh chemicals. For oiled wood, re-oil periodically. For upholstery, vacuum regularly and address spills promptly. Lift furniture rather than dragging across floors.
