The C69E Ry dining table for FDB Møbler carries its top on a central pillar base, so chairs can gather in any number with unobstructed legroom all round. It is solid oak, nature oiled, with softly curved tabletop edges that lighten the otherwise robust build; grain-matched extension leaves can be ordered together with the table.

Can I add extension leaves to the Ry table later?
Only in black painted oak. Nature oak leaves are cut with the tabletop so the grain matches, which is why FDB sells them together with the table rather than separately.

How many people can sit around it?
The central pillar base leaves legroom free on all sides, so seating stays flexible: the 47.2-inch top serves four comfortably, and the version with two leaves reaches 86.6 inches.
