White staves, Windsor comfort, Danish restraint — Mogensen's 1952 J52B at its freshest.

For FDB Møbler, Børge Mogensen re-drew the English Windsor chair with a lighter range of simple staves — a chair comfortable enough that it reportedly became President Kennedy's favorite for relaxing. Here in beech painted Pure White (RAL 9010), water-based.
