L42 Firhøj 3-Person couch - Light Brown

Warm brown fabric over a precise steel base — the three-seat version of Unit10's study in Danish lightness.

This L42 Firhøj 3-person couch pairs Light Brown Redbridge upholstery with brushed-metal legs, stretching 89.8 in while keeping the frame visually open. It comes from FDB Møbler, the Danish design studio founded in 1942. FDB Møbler holds FSC chain-of-custody certification (FSC-C164841) and is distributed in North America by Rosendahl Design Group, a Certified B Corporation.

Common Questions

Is a smaller Firhøj available?
Yes — the 2.5-seat couch is 78 in wide with the same 34.6 in depth and 32.3 in height, in matching fabrics and both leg finishes.

Why choose steel legs over oak?
Brushed steel reads crisper and more urban and pairs naturally with the warm brown fabric; the oak-leg version gives the same couch a softer, more traditional Scandinavian look.

Care Guide +

FDB Møbler furniture is crafted from FSC-certified wood, powder-coated steel, and OEKO-TEX textiles. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. Dust with a soft cloth; clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For lacquered surfaces, avoid harsh chemicals. For oiled wood, re-oil periodically. For upholstery, vacuum regularly and address spills promptly. Lift furniture rather than dragging across floors.
