R6 Seat cushion

Dark grey wool felt on the small bench — texture where the hallway usually offers none.

This small R6 seat cushion in dark mottled grey wool felt completes the compact convertible bench by Diana Claudia Moț and Isabella Bergstrøm for FDB Møbler. Felt, one of the oldest known textiles, keeps its Scandinavian credentials intact here. OEKO-TEX certified textiles; GRS-certified suppliers.

Common Questions

Is felt durable enough for daily sitting?
Yes — dense wool felt compresses evenly and cannot fray at edges, which is why it has upholstered Scandinavian benches and stools for generations.

Does the grey show lint?
The dark mottled tone hides lint and everyday marks well; a lint roller or gentle vacuum restores it in seconds.

Care Guide +

FDB Møbler furniture is crafted from FSC-certified wood, powder-coated steel, and OEKO-TEX textiles. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. Dust with a soft cloth; clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For lacquered surfaces, avoid harsh chemicals. For oiled wood, re-oil periodically. For upholstery, vacuum regularly and address spills promptly. Lift furniture rather than dragging across floors.
