V43 Top Tray

Born as a tabletop, kept as a tray — soft curves in FSC oak from a designer-cabinetmaker collaboration.

The V43 Top tray (Ø 38 cm) began as the top of FDB Møbler's Bakketop table, designed by Philip Bro with cabinetmaker Mathias Juul Overvad. In FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)-certified oak with calm, organic joints, it serves in the kitchen, carries flowers in the living room, or delivers breakfast in bed.

Common Questions

Can it handle hot mugs and spills?
The lacquered oak tolerates everyday warmth and drips; wipe standing liquid promptly and use a trivet under genuinely hot cookware.

What is the Bakketop connection?
The tray is literally the Bakketop table's top, released on its own — set it on a stool or stand and it becomes a small table again.

Care Guide +

FDB Møbler furniture is crafted from FSC-certified wood, powder-coated steel, and OEKO-TEX textiles. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. Dust with a soft cloth; clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For lacquered surfaces, avoid harsh chemicals. For oiled wood, re-oil periodically. For upholstery, vacuum regularly and address spills promptly. Lift furniture rather than dragging across floors.
