Fermob Sixties Low Table 30 x 22 in.

Sized and heighted to serve a pair of Sixties chairs exactly — a lacquered steel top sixteen inches off the ground.

Frédéric Sofia gave the Sixties collection its own low table: a 30 x 22 inch lacquered steel surface on an aluminum tube frame, tough enough for trays, books, and planters. Finished at Fermob's Thoissey factory with a cataphoresis-treated, UV-stable powder coat, it bridges into other Fermob collections through its wider color range.

Why is the top steel when the chairs are aluminum?
Steel gives the surface extra rigidity and impact tolerance for daily use — loaded trays, stacked books, a heavy planter — without flexing at the center the way thin tabletops can.

Can it stay outdoors year-round?
Yes. The cataphoresis anti-corrosion treatment and UV-stable powder coat protect both steel and aluminum; wipe with mild soapy water and cover or store it during prolonged freezing weather.

Every frame is finished in UV-stable, salt-spray-resistant powder coat in 24+ colors over cataphoresis-treated steel or recyclable aluminium.

Care Guide +

Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; rinse and dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners and pressure washers — both can damage the powder coat. Touch-up paint is available from Fermob for surface scratches; minor chips can be addressed before they reach the metal substrate. Powder coating is UV-stable and salt-spray-resistant, but for coastal or pool environments, rinse occasionally to remove salt or chlorine residue. Cover or store indoors during extended freezing weather to extend finish life.
