Cactus Firefly Table Lamp

Lladró's first cordless lamps trade the cable for a battery and a dimmer etched with the house flower.

The Firefly collection is handmade at the Lladró workshops in Valencia, following the same artisan process the house has used since three brothers founded it in 1953. A cactus silhouette in glossy porcelain carries a shade of translucent matte porcelain, and a 1.3 W LED module inside runs up to seven hours at full intensity. The dimmer sits on the base, marked with the Lladró bellflower.

How long does one charge last?
Up to seven hours at full intensity, and longer if the dimmer is turned down. A full charge takes around four hours over USB, so an overnight top-up covers an evening.

Can it go outside?
Lladró positions the Firefly lamps for indoor and outdoor use, but publishes no IP weather rating — treat it as suitable for a covered terrace rather than exposed rain.

Why is the shade matte and the base glossy?
The contrast is what makes it glow. Translucent matte porcelain diffuses the LED evenly, while the glossy base stays opaque, so the light appears to sit in the shade rather than shine through the whole piece.

The luminaires require only a light dusting with a soft or microfiber cloth. Dust and polish the bulbs with
that soft cloth before dusting the luminaire itself. Clean the porcelain parts in warm, soapy water. For non-
porcelain components use only dry soft cloth. Do not use chemicals.
