Tala was founded in 2015 by three Edinburgh University friends. Its London team designs and engineers its LED lighting in-house, in aluminium and brass rather than plastic, and builds it to be durable and repairable.

Kilter 1.0 Wall Light in Solid Brass
A solid-brass wall light stretched into a clean, glowing line — sold single or as a mirror-flanking pair.
Kilter's S14d bulb sits behind soft-frosted glass, available in 20-inch or 25-inch lengths and 2200K or 2700K color temperatures — sold as a single fixture or a matched Set of 2. It's IP44-rated for bath and vanity use, part of the same Tala collection at Comosum. Tala designs every fixture in London as a certified B Corporation.

How does it install?
It mounts to the wall like a standard sconce; installation to a junction box is straightforward for an electrician and the low-energy LED means minimal load on the circuit.
Which length and color temperature should I pick?
Choose 20in for a single vanity or narrower mirror, or 25in for a wider mirror or double vanity; 2200K reads warmer and more amber, while 2700K is a slightly cooler, more neutral white. Choose Single for one fixture or Set of 2 for a matched pair flanking a mirror.
