Liunk Table Lamp

Liunk Table Lamp
Light escapes through a woven-looking lattice, so the shade reads as textile rather than polymer.
The Liunk borrows the cross-hatching used in traditional rug and chair making, and Terra Labs prints it to order in California from PLA — a biopolymer made from corn, sugar cane, and sugar beet. Olive, with a 2200 K amber LED fitted and an inline dimmer on the cord.

Common Questions
Why does the shade look woven?
Because the print path crosses over itself the way cane or rug fibers do. There is no fabric in it — the illusion of weaving comes entirely from how the polymer is laid down.
Does it get hot?
Not with the supplied LED, which produces very little heat. That is also why incandescent bulbs are prohibited: their heat output will deform the printed shade.
Is it made to order?
Yes. Terra Labs prints each lamp in California once it is ordered, rather than holding stock, so lead time reflects production rather than shipping alone.
