Ocean OC2 Coffee Table

Every slat on this low outdoor table began as plastic waste; the silhouette began with the Ditzels in 1955.

Companion piece to the OC2 lounge seating, the coffee table carries Mater's second-generation Ocean material — recycled plastic waste, introduced with plastic from Carlsberg's discarded beer kegs — on a partly recycled steel frame in gunmetal. It is made and tested for outdoor use and designed for disassembly, so each component can re-enter production as raw material.
