Benoit Loos and Philippe Delaisse founded Ethnicraft in Antwerp more than 30 years ago. It makes solid oak and teak furniture in its own factories, and its Re-Loved programme refurbishes pieces for a second life.

PI Coat Rack
A coat rack that follows the tree's own lines — hand-finished so the wood's individuality survives the workshop.
Designed by Alain van Havre for Ethnicraft's PI collection, this wall-mounted rack is handmade in Indonesia in solid sycamore or dark brown tainted mahogany, both sealed with varnish. The sculptural profile keeps coats, hats, and bags in order; mounting hardware is included and no assembly is required.

Which wood should I choose?
Sycamore is pale and light-grained for brighter spaces; the dark brown tainted mahogany reads warm and deep. Both are hand-finished, so each rack is subtly unique.
