Every fixing disappears behind the uprights — Terence Woodgate engineered shelving that reads as floating steel lines.
The Slot Shelving Single unit is British industrial designer Terence Woodgate's modular wall system for Case: powder-coated steel shelves on uprights with machined stainless steel fittings, all fixings concealed. Shelves adjust in one-inch (25 mm) increments, and extension units let the system grow across a wall over time.

It fixes to the wall through concealed slots in the uprights, so the system appears to float. Two-person assembly and basic DIY competence are needed; wall plugs and screws are not included with the single unit.
Can I adjust the shelf heights?
Yes — shelves reposition in 1-inch (25 mm) increments at any time, so the layout adapts to books, records, or display objects.
Can the system be extended later?
