Each leg stands 29.5 in for dining or desk height on a 2.4 in square footprint, powder-coated in a tight palette and made in France and Lithuania. Tiptoe specifies tops up to 70.9 x 39.4 in for a set of four, 1.2 to 1.6 in thick and up to 154 lbs including the top, so the legs pair with a reclaimed slab, a cut oak board or one of Tiptoe's ready-made tops. Common Questions

What size tabletop will four legs support?
Up to 70.9 x 39.4 in and 154 lbs including the top, with the top 1.2 to 1.6 in thick. Past 59 in long Tiptoe specifies the thicker top, and past 70.9 in, two extra legs per metre.

Can I use a glass, marble or stone top?
No. Tiptoe advises against brittle materials because the legs fix directly into the underside of the board. Solid or engineered wood is the intended pairing.

Do the legs work for a desk as well as a dining table?
Yes. At 29.5 in they land at standard desk and dining height, and because they unscrew from the top, the same set can move from one surface to another.
