Wander Mirror

Two panes overlap like a camera lens — one mirrored, one colored — so your reflection sits inside a tinted field.

AC/AL Studio designed Wander for Petite Friture in 2022. The colored layer is laser-printed onto glass and set against a mirror plate, and a concealed steel system holds the piece roughly 0.8 in off the wall so it appears to float. Made in France.

Common Questions

How does it mount?
An integrated concealed bracket on the back hangs the mirror vertically and holds it about 0.8 in off the wall. Screws and wall anchors are not supplied, so choose fixings rated for your wall type.

Can it hang horizontally?
No. The mounting system is designed for vertical hanging only, which keeps the mirrored and colored panes reading in the intended order.

How do I clean it?
Use a soft lint-free cloth, lightly damp. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent-based glass sprays on the printed colored pane, and dry the edges rather than letting water sit.
