Most benches hide under the table between meals — this one earns wall space of its own.

The Bok bench pairs naturally with Ethnicraft's Bok dining tables, but its airy, curved-leg form holds up in a hallway or at the end of a bed just as well. Choose solid oak — hardwax-oiled natural, or varnished brown or black, made in Serbia — or solid teak certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), left natural or varnished brown, made in Indonesia.

How many people fit on the Bok Bench?
Plan roughly 24 inches per adult: the 49.5-inch bench seats two comfortably, the 65.5- and 73-inch versions take three. Choose a bench a little shorter than your table for easy tuck-under.

Does the teak version need finishing?
The natural teak bench ships without any protective treatment to showcase the material, developing character over time; a varnished brown teak option is also offered. The natural oak bench comes finished with hardwax oil, while the brown and black oak versions are varnished.

Care Guide +

For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Wipe in the direction of the grain. Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent spotting.

We always recommend protecting surfaces with coasters, mousepads or placemats, as extreme and repetitive daily use or heat can damage the finish.
