The Bulky Footstool extends the collection’s mono-volume language into a versatile, sculptural accent. Offered in both a classic rectangular shape and a semi-circle form, it allows you to soften straight configurations or create gentle curves that flow naturally through a space.

Designed by Jacques Deneef for Ethnicraft, the Bulky Footstool is crafted in Belgium with a focus on durability and responsible material choices. Upholstered in high-performance chenille, the textile is PFAS-free, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, and tested to rigorous international standards for strength, abrasion, and fire safety. Integrated hardware allows the footstool to connect seamlessly with other Bulky modules, making it easy to adapt, expand, or reconfigure your seating over time rather than replace it.
