Sense Indoor Lounge Chair Frame

Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD designed Sense for Cane-line as a sculptural lounge chair with a see-through back, handmade from natural rattan for indoor rooms only.

The Danish duo gave it a retro outline that looks finished from every side, so it can stand mid-room. Cane-line, family-owned and Danish since 1987, makes its rattan furniture in its own facilities in Indonesia, close to where most of the world's rattan grows. This is the rattan frame with a woven polypropylene seat base; the cushion set is sold separately. For terraces, Cane-line makes Sense in weatherproof Cane-line Weave.

No. This listing is the rattan frame with its woven polypropylene seat base. Cane-line's Moments/Sense indoor lounge chair cushion sets are sold separately, so plan on adding one for the deep, soft seat shown in the photos.

How do I look after natural rattan?
Very simply. Cane-line recommends dusting with a damp cloth when needed and, once a year, cleaning with white soap flakes, lukewarm water and a cloth. Keep it indoors, because rattan is not made for weather.
