Paul Newman founded Case in 2005. Matthew Hilton and Terence Woodgate, both Royal Designers for Industry, have designed for it since the first collection, and it reissues Robin Day's 1964 Forum sofa with the Robin and Lucienne Day Foundation.

A cylinder of Carrara or Nero Marquina marble, a matte black cable, warm 2800K light — nothing else.
Terence Woodgate's Core Pendant for Case Furniture lets the stone's natural veining be the entire design, hung singly or in clusters of three or six from a circular ceiling fixing. Electronics and marble components are responsibly manufactured in China to Case's quality standards.

Yes — it ships with a 3 W dimmable G9 LED (2800K, 180 lumens), so it dims with a compatible wall dimmer. The standard G9 socket also makes future bulb swaps simple.
Which configuration suits a dining table?
The 3-pendant cluster covers most dining tables and kitchen islands; a single works over a nightstand or in an entry, and the 6-pendant cluster suits larger tables and double-height spaces.
Will two pendants look identical?
No — each is cut from natural marble, so veining and tone differ piece to piece. Clusters are intentionally composed of unique stones.
