The brand uses responsibly sourced wood — teak on select lines, and teak and mahogany covered by Indonesia's SVLK timber-legality certification — promoting the use of renewable materials. Ethnicraft also actively reduces its carbon footprint. The Serbian manufacturing site uses wood residue for energy, and Ethnicraft says its new headquarters near Antwerp is being supplied with green and solar energy from rooftop photovoltaic panels, part of its move to green energy and lower emissions. Waste reduction is integral to the brand, with leftover wood and sawdust being reused or repurposed to minimize environmental impact.

For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Wipe in the direction of the grain. Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent spotting.

We always recommend protecting surfaces with coasters, mousepads or placemats, as extreme and repetitive daily use or heat can damage the finish.
