C35A Dining table - Black

Four people dine comfortably at 32 inches square, and two added leaves make room for eight.

Poul M. Volther, then head of the design studio at FDB Møbler, drew the C35 tables in 1957 as light, functional companions to the cooperative's popular chairs, and the C35A is the compact one. The frame, pull-out bars, and legs are solid FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)-certified oak; the top is black linoleum, code 4023. It suits kitchens, small apartments, and cottages, and grows with two small extension leaves, sold separately.
