C35A Dining table

Light enough to move, plain enough to last: the smallest C35 has kept its place since 1957.

Poul M. Volther's aim with the C35 tables for FDB Møbler was a simple, stylish design that complements the cooperative's best-known chairs. On this version the tabletop is oak veneer, nature lacquered, while the frame, pull-out bars, and legs are solid FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)-certified oak from European forests. It seats four every day; two small extension leaves, sold separately, make room for six to eight.

How many can sit at the C35A?
Four at the 32.3-inch square top. With two small extension leaves — available separately — the table expands to accommodate six to eight people.

Will the wood look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly — oak is a natural material, so slight differences in grain and tone occur from table to table, and even within the same piece. Each table is unique for that reason.
