Jørgen Bækmark designed the classic C44 Dining table in 1963, and it quickly became a sought-after piece of furniture at FDB Møbler. Today, the simple and functional design is available as a dining table and coffee table, both made from solid oak, plywood, and durable FENIX® laminate. The frame is available in natural colour. The tabletop is reversible, so you can choose between two different colours of laminate depending on your mood. FENIX® laminate is a strong material that combines aesthetics and functionality. It has a matte and durable surface, which is easy to clean and with the further surprise of leaving no fingerprints.

Jørgen Bækmark (1929–2021) served as design director of FDB Møbler from 1958 for nine years, democratizing design furniture through his quiet design language and meticulous attention to detail. His work celebrates solid oak and natural beauty.
