FDB Møbler began in 1942, when Børge Mogensen set out to make furniture that was both beautiful and affordable. It still makes his designs alongside new ones, and every piece is tested at the Danish Technological Institute.

Solid beech, clear lacquer, honest joints — a first chair that teaches what real furniture feels like.
The P9 children's chair in nature-lacquered solid beech is the plainest, most Mogensen reading of the design: his dining-chair lines at child scale, from the FDB Møbler children's range launched in the late 1940s. Nordic Swan Ecolabel certified.
