FDB Møbler began in 1942, when Børge Mogensen set out to make furniture that was both beautiful and affordable. It still makes his designs alongside new ones, and every piece is tested at the Danish Technological Institute.

Yes — stacking mixed Æbletoft sizes into open shelving is the series' intended trick; the solid oak carries real loads.
Indoors or outdoors?
