Hammershoi Grinders
A CrushGrind ceramic mechanism sits under the oiled oak, guaranteed for 25 years on its ceramic parts.
The Hammershøi grinders pair Kähler's furrowed porcelain body with a ceramic grinding mechanism from CrushGrind, adjustable from coarse to fine. Hans-Christian Bauer's 2015 series carries the grooves that let glaze thin and pool across the surface; the oak top warms in tone as it wears. Two heights, five colors. Parent company Rosendahl Design Group is a Certified B Corp.

Can the grinder go in the dishwasher?
No. The oiled oak top and the grinding mechanism should stay out of the machine — wipe the porcelain body by hand and keep water away from the ceramic burr.
