Lita Pendant

David Dolcini designed Lita for Luceplan around a blown opal-glass globe whose surface carries fine vertical ridges that fade out toward the top and bottom.

The glass spreads soft, even light in every direction, so Lita works singly over a table, in a staggered cluster of mixed sizes, or beside a bed. Three globe sizes hang from a painted aluminum canopy in white or brass on a cable up to 118 inches long, which you set at installation. The globe is a separate part: if one is ever broken, Luceplan sells replacements, so the fixture stays in use. The smallest globe takes a G9 bulb; the two larger sizes take a standard E26 bulb.

Common Questions

Can I hang several together?
Yes. Each pendant has its own canopy and a cable up to 118 inches, so you can stagger mixed sizes over a table or island. Plan one ceiling junction box per pendant.

What bulb does it take?
The 7-inch globe takes a G9 LED bulb up to 4W; the 11.8 and 16.5-inch globes take an E26 LED bulb up to 18W. Bulbs are not included.

Which size should I choose?
Over a dining table, the 16.5-inch globe works on its own. The 7 and 11.8-inch sizes suit an island, a bedside or a cluster of mixed sizes.
