PI Candle Holders

Three heights, one dark mahogany family — candlelight staged the way the PI collection stages wood: by hand.

The PI Candle Holders from Ethnicraft are handmade in Indonesia from solid, dark brown tainted mahogany with a varnish finish. Sold as a set of three graduated heights, each holder carries a metal insert sized for standard 7/8-inch taper candles, and each is finished by hand in the PI collection's polished-imperfect spirit.

Yes — they are sold as a set of three at staggered heights of 3, 3.5, and 4.5 inches, designed to cluster on a table or mantel.

What candles do they take?
Standard taper candles with a 7/8-inch (22 mm) base, held securely by the metal insert in each holder.

Is it safe to burn candles in wooden holders?
Yes, with normal care — the metal insert isolates the flame's heat, but never let a candle burn to the last inch or leave it unattended.

Care Guide +

For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Wipe in the direction of the grain. Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent spotting.

We always recommend protecting surfaces with coasters, mousepads or placemats, as extreme and repetitive daily use or heat can damage the finish.
