Tala was founded in 2015 by three Edinburgh University friends. Its London team designs and engineers its LED lighting in-house, in aluminium and brass rather than plastic, and builds it to be durable and repairable.

Plug-In Pendant
No junction box, no electrician — just a fabric cord and a socket ready for whichever bulb you choose.
Designed to create a beautiful and stylish light display without the need for hard-wiring or drastic alterations, the Plug-In Pendant comes complete with extra-long cable, two wall and ceiling nodes, and an in-line dimmer for maximum dimming performance. Available in Brass or Graphite finish. Tala is a London lighting company and a certified B Corporation — every design is engineered in-house around long-life, low-energy LEDs. Is the bulb included?
No — this ships as the fixture alone; pair it with any of Tala's E26 bulbs (Sphere, Voronoi, Oval, Enno) sold separately.
Do I need an electrician?
No — it is a plug-in design with a generous fabric cord. Hang it from a hook, drape it where you want light, and plug it into a normal wall outlet.
What bulbs fit this fixture?
Any Tala LED with a standard E26 base — Sphere, Voronoi, Oval, or Enno — so you can choose the glass style and color temperature that suits the room.
