For items that are out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out directly to confirm lead times and keep you updated throughout the process — typically with a leadtime between 8–12 weeks. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent uneven fading. Maintain 40–60% indoor humidity to prevent cracking. Reapply furniture wax or oil annually using a product compatible with the wood species. Avoid silicone-based cleaners. Use coasters under hot mugs and felt pads under decorative objects to prevent surface marking.
