A vacuum pump atomizes the oil, so a baking pan takes a fraction of what pouring gives it.

Released by Rosendahl in 2025, the Grand Cru spray sets high-quality glass under a brushed stainless steel top with a built-in anti-clogging filter, and carries the four grooves that mark the series. It is aimed squarely at greasing baking pans and prepping an air fryer. Rosendahl Design Group is a Certified B Corp.

Common Questions

Does it work with vinegar as well as oil?
Yes — Rosendahl sells it as an oil and vinegar spray. The vacuum pump atomizes either evenly, which is the point when you want a light, controlled coating.

Does the nozzle clog?
There is a built-in anti-clogging filter, which is what separates it from a generic spray bottle. Rinse the top through with warm water if you switch between oils.

How is it different from the oil and vinegar bottles?
Volume and delivery. The 4.7 oz spray atomizes for coating; the separate 8.5 oz Grand Cru bottles use a leak-proof pourer with a drip-free stopper for dressing.
