Erik Bagger's Grand Cru range launched at Rosendahl in 2000 with a water glass and a carafe, and the kitchen pieces followed. This group covers a grater with its own collecting jar, salt and pepper mills, a juice strainer, a marinade glass with brush, oil and vinegar bottles, and a dressing shaker — lead-free glass, stainless steel, and PP. Made in Poland. Rosendahl Design Group is a Certified B Corp.

How does the grater work?
A round grating disc sits in the black lid over a glass jar, so parmesan or nutmeg collects underneath ready to serve at the table or go straight into the fridge.

What are the four grooves?
They are the identifying mark of the Grand Cru series — a design signature Rosendahl has carried across glassware, carafes, barware, and kitchen tools since 2000.

Can these go in the dishwasher?
The plain glass components are rated for the machine at up to 130°F. Wash mills, the grater lid, and the brush by hand — mechanisms and bristles do not survive repeated cycles.
