Tikamoon is a French furniture brand founded in Lille in 2008, specializing in solid wood furniture built from oak, walnut, teak, mango, mindi, and acacia. Its eco-rating criteria exclude composite panels, and the brand reports that 89% of its range is solid wood against a 95% target. Pieces ship fully assembled rather than flat-pack.

Tikamoon became a certified B Corporation in December 2025, scoring 90.9 out of 100 against B Lab's median of 50.9 for ordinary businesses, with the strongest marks in Environment and Workers. It has held FSC Chain of Custody licence FSC-C143349 since August 2018 — a trader certificate, held by Ticket for the Moon in France, which lets it resell FSC-certified furniture with the claim intact. By Tikamoon's own account that coverage reaches roughly 55% of the range, not all of it, so we do not claim FSC on individual pieces. Since 2019 the brand has published carbon footprint assessments and per-product life-cycle analyses; those figures are self-reported.

Rinse pollen and grit off the slats with clean water and let them dry before wiping with a soft cloth. Left outside untreated, teak weathers to a soft silver gray without losing strength. Apply a teak oil once or twice a year instead if you want to hold the honey tone.
