Matthieu Bourgeaux founded Tiptoe in Paris in 2015. It makes its furniture with around twenty European partners, in powder-coated steel, FSC/PEFC-certified European oak and recycled polypropylene, designed to flat-pack and come apart at end of life.

Four steel legs screw straight into the top: no frame, no welds, nothing showing on the surface.
The table is built on the modular leg system that made Tiptoe's name in 2015, paired with a PEFC/FSC-certified oak-veneer top 1.2 to 1.6 in thick. The legs come off when you move, the top stays flat, and at end of life both materials recycle as single streams. Tiptoe is a Certified B Corp, manufacturing across European partner workshops — see the Tiptoe collection.

How does the table go together?
The four legs screw directly into the underside of the top with the supplied fixings; there is no frame to build. It ships flat, and a second pair of hands makes turning the top over easier.
