The LOU stool, stretched: same 17.7-inch seat height, same screw-on legs, now three or four feet long.

Tiptoe builds the bench from PEFC/FSC-certified solid oak and beech on powder-coated steel legs that thread straight into the seat, so it ships flat and demounts for a move. It reads equally well as dining seating, an entryway perch for pulling on boots, or a surface at the end of a bed. Common Questions

How many people does each length seat?
The 35.4 in bench takes two comfortably; the 55.1 in takes three at a squeeze. The seat height of 17.7 in matches a dining table around 29.5 in high.

How is the bench assembled?
The legs screw directly into the underside of the seat with the supplied screws — one tool, a few minutes. It unscrews the same way for transport or so the wood and steel can be recycled separately.

How do I look after the wood?
Dust with a soft cloth and wipe spills immediately to avoid water rings, then apply a neutral furniture wax once a year. The steel needs only a damp wipe with mild detergent.
