Toledo Table
Jorge Pensi designed the aluminum Toledo chair in 1988; the Toledo tables carry his family into dining height, on a painted aluminum cross base with a top in the same color.
Each table pairs a painted aluminum column and base with a high-pressure laminate top, so the whole piece reads as one color. HPL is waterproof and non-porous, which is why Resol uses it on terrace tables: it wipes clean and needs no oiling or sealing. Choose a 27.6-inch round or square top for two, or the 35.4-inch square XL for four. Pair it with our Toledo Aire chairs, the 100% recycled polypropylene successor to Pensi's original. Made in Spain by Resol.

Common Questions
How many does it seat?
The 27.6 in round and square tops are bistro size and suit two diners. The 35.4 in square XL gives four place settings enough room.
Can it stay outdoors near the coast?
It is built for outdoor use and the HPL top is waterproof. Resol advises against leaving aluminum in high-salinity environments, so near the ocean rinse it regularly and store it under cover off-season.
How do I clean the top?
HPL wipes clean with a damp cloth and neutral soap. Avoid scouring pads or anything abrasive, which can dull the surface.
